Bubble Bath

Gotta love Mr. Bubble!  I got some cute pics of Cooper during bath time tonight.
FYI…I know I’m late getting his 28 month letter done.  I’m hoping to get that and the rest of the Vail pics posted this weekend.

Snow

Cooper finally got to play in the snow today!  Here are a few cute pics.  I’ll upload more in the days to come.

Twenty Seven Months

Dear Cooper,
On Friday, you turned twenty seven months old. This month has been all about Mommy and Daddy running. Mommy ran the 3M Half Marathon on January 25th and Daddy ran the Austin Marathon on February 15th. You enjoyed watching us run until you realized that we weren’t going to stop when we saw you. [...]

‘Oh Man’…

…is Cooper’s new favorite thing to say.  Atleast it’s better than ‘holy crap’, which he said for no reason the other day when Uncle Todd came to visit.  We’re still trying to figure out where that one came from.

Now I know my A,B,C’s…

Earlier today, I decided I would check my email on the laptop while I waited for a load of laundry to finish up in the dryer.  Cooper was playing contentedly with his many cars and trucks on the coffee table, talking to himself when all of a sudden out comes the entire alphabet song.  That’s [...]

Twenty Five and Twenty Six Months

I think I’m finally catching up on things.  I’m still waiting on some pics from Tahoe and some from my mom from this past week.  Once I get those posted, I’ll let you know.  For now, here are Cooper’s last two letters.  Enjoy!
Twenty Five Months:
Dear Cooper,
On December 20th, you turned twenty five months old. [...]

Look Mommy!

While we were in Arlington, just after Christmas, my mom showed Cooper how to stack some old frosting tubs.  I was blow drying my hair when I heard the cutest little voice excitedly saying ‘look Mommy!’  My mom had told Cooper to say it and he repeats just about everything you say anyways.  I now [...]

I’m baaack!

Hello internet, it’s been awhile.  Well, we completed our second ‘tour of Texas’ in a month just before the New Year.  Needless to say, I’ve been taking it easy for a few days, trying to recover.  Jeff went back to work today for the first time in two weeks, so things should be back to [...]

Hat On

So, with the recent cold snap, I decided to break out the hat and mittens that I bought for Cooper at the Children’s Place Outlet last Spring.  I think I paid maybe $5 for the set.  He is now obsessed.  He would eat with his mittens on if I would let him.

I struggled with what [...]

What’s missing?

That’s right, folks.  No more crib!  Cooper now sleeps in his big boy bed.
I wasn’t really ready to attempt the move from crib to bed until after the holidays, but we needed a place for the Christmas tree.  For the last year, the slide has been in the living room where the Christmas tree usually [...]
