Jeff ran the boot camp while Rob and Bonnie were on vacation and asked me to help him coach. I’m usually a pretty shy person, but I really enjoyed teaching a couple of newbies how to do the movements.
I had planned on NOT working out. Note to self: don’t wear workout clothes to the gym if you don’t want to work out. I was going to help Jeff coach, take pictures of other people working out and maybe get in some skill work. Tina and Jeff, however, had other plans for me. I am way too easily persuaded.
