Muscle Ups
(Squat) Snatch (135/95)
I’m not going to post my time on this one. I can’t do a muscle up, so I worked on technique and I can’t do a 95 pound snatch and land in a squat, so I started at 72.5 pounds. I could do one or two, but they were very unsteady, so I backed down to 67.5 pounds. I’ve said it before, it’s amazing what five pounds can do. I worked on form and technique, therefore time doesn’t matter
