CrossFit WOD

Fight Gone Bad Style: 3 Rounds:  1 Minute at each station with a 1 minute rest after all 5 stations

Prowler High Push/Low Push suicides (5/10/15m)
Tire Flips
Sledgehammers
Med-Ball Sit-ups
Sled Runs
Rest

Today was not about form (well, maybe a little) or reps…today was about doing work.  I rather enjoyed not having to count.  I just worked…and got dirty…and had a little fun…all at the same time.

My legs are strong from years of soccer.  However, the Prowler gave me a run for my money.  My legs might actually be sore tomorrow.  We shall see.
