Today’s run felt AWESOME! That’s what negative splits are supposed to look like. Had I gone the extra .2 miles, I would have beat my previous 10K PR (from back in Nov. ’08) by about 6 minutes without even trying. I could’ve gone faster, but I’m working on pacing myself for the longer runs.
